Generate Ultra-High-Purity Nitrogen in Your Lab
Parker UHP generators are designed as compact systems for laboratories requiring small, consistent flows of ultra-high-purity nitrogen. Models are available with an integral oil-free compressor for a more self-contained configuration or without a compressor for laboratories with a suitable existing compressed air supply.
Available flow rates of 0.75 and 3.0 L/min allow laboratories to select a system based on their specific instrument demand. All current models provide nitrogen purity greater than 99.9995% and an outlet pressure of 72.5 psig (5 barg).
