Condensate generated by lubricate type air compressors is composed of atmospheric born water vapor and lubricant from the compression process.  Condensate is then dropped from the air stream to the filtration phases of the compressed air process.  It is nearly impossible to remain legally compliant with discharge regulations without proper separation equipment. The Deltech OWS Series targets demulsible lubricants with its “Gravity Separation” system, ideal for applications that use a single lubricant.    By using a large water tank, the OWS allows separable lubricant to float to the surface while incoming condensate displaces cleaner water through the bottom, filtering trace lubricant to 15 ppm.
