Parker ChromGas ZAG Zero Air Generator
The Parker ChromGas™ ZAG Zero Air Generator produces a continuous supply of clean, dry, hydrocarbon-free air for GC combustion detectors and other analytical applications. Using an external compressed air supply, the ZAG removes hydrocarbons to provide high-purity zero air directly at the point of use.
Features and benefits
- Produce UHP zero air from house compressed air (<0.05 ppm THC).
- Easy installation and operation.
- Increase the accuracy of analysis
- Reduce the cleaning requirement of the detector.
- Qualitative SMART-Display provides operational status at a glance.
- Recommended and used by many GC and column manufacturers.
- Typical payback period of less than 1 year.
- Silent operation and minimal operator attention required.
- Models available to service up to 66 FIDs.
Produce Zero Air Directly in Your Lab
The Parker ChromGas ZAG removes hydrocarbons from a dry compressed air supply to provide a continuous source of zero air for gas chromatography applications. Removing hydrocarbons from the detector air supply can help improve detection limits and help increase resolution and improve detection limits.
ChromGas ZAG generators are designed for GC combustion detectors including FID, FPD and NPD. When paired with a Parker ChromGas H2F Hydrogen Generator, the two systems create a modular FID gas station for supplying both hydrogen fuel gas and zero air.
Find the Right Solution for Your Application
Zero air requirements depend on your instruments, detector type, number of detectors and required flow rate. Air Energy can help you evaluate your laboratory requirements and identify the Parker gas generation equipment that best fits your application.
